How we roast, why it matters

 Kev’s coffee obsession started young and sharpened during a decade in Melbourne’s coffee scene. Back in the UK, he blended that experience with his background in science and engineering to design roasting profiles that bring out the very best in every bean —batch after batch. Today our team roasts a curated range of blends and single origins for homes and hospitality, always with freshness and flavour first.

We partner with importers and farms that share our standards for fair pricing, worker welfare, and environmental stewardship. Many coffees we offer carry certifications (e.g., Rainforest Alliance/Organic) and we also source directly from independent farms where impact is clearest. Packaging and takeaway materials prioritise compostable/recyclable options, and we keep tightening our footprint year on year.
