White Chocolate Iced Matcha
A no-brainer for summer, this is a drink which will get your customers coming back for more!
What do I need?
- 20ml SHOTT white chocolate syrup
- 2 cups milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon high quality matcha
- ice
- 1/4 cup hot water (almost boiling)
Method
- Fill your cup with ice.
- Add the SHOTT white chocolate syrup to the cup.
- Dissolve the matcha by pouring a 1/4 cup of near-boiling water over the matcha. Whisk until it’s completely dissolved.
- Pour the milk into the cup.
- Pour the matcha on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
